Paid Time Off
PepGen recognizes the importance of time off from work to relax, spend time with family, and enjoy leisure activities. The company provides unlimited paid vacation time to all employees for this purpose, and employees are required to take at a minimum 2 weeks total during the year.
Holidays
PepGen offers 10 paid holidays per calendar year. In addition, we are closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Primary caregiver, 12 weeks paid
