Anthony J. Frank, Ph.D.

Anthony serves as Vice President, CMC Development at PepGen. Anthony has over 18 years of experience in CMC related activities supporting drug candidates from pre-clinical to commercialization, and has a strong background in oligonucleotide and peptide therapeutics. Anthony has previously held leadership roles in CMC development at Ra Pharmaceuticals and Celgene, where he managed API manufacturing and regulatory activities. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Head of Technical Operations at Checkmate Pharmaceuticals where he oversaw the production, development and manufacturing of clinical supplies for their lead drug candidate. Anthony earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his B.S. in Chemistry from Marist College.
